It’s a Book Blog is a hobby, first and foremost. Having said that I will accept complementary books from authors or publishers for review. I am most interested in high-quality fantasty/Urban fantasy, speculative fiction, horror, thrillers, biographies and nonfiction, but will consider any book although I generally do not read or review Christian fiction. Because I update this blog in my spare time, I cannot always promise to have a review posted by any specific date, but I am flexible and always do it as soon after I receive a book as I can.
I cannot promise that all books will be reviewed positively. I strive to post my honest reactionsand opinions ofthe books I read. All books, regardless of whether it gets a positive or negative reaction will receive a full review on this blog. I will occasionally repost my reviews, whether positive or negative, on this blog as well as Amazon.co.uk, LibraryThing, Anobii and Shelfari. I may also repost reviews on my other blogs, if applicable.
I may give away review copies via this blog as competitions or freebies after posting the review unless otherwise requested.
